Vibha Bhasin, MD, FCAP, FASCP
Education: Maulana Azad Medical College Delhi University, New Delhi, Delhi
American Board Certified: Pathology and Cytopathology
Dr. Bhasin acted as the previous Clinical Instructor in Clinical Microbiology.
Dr. Bhasin has over 20 years of experience and is an active member of American Society of Cytopathology and American Society of Clinical Pathology.
James Humphreys, MD, FCAP
Education: University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio
Board Certified: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
Specialties: GI Pathology and Forensic Pathology
Dr. Humphreys acted as the previous Clinical Instructor in Clinical Microbiology. He is also ThinPrep-certified with a special interest in OBGYN Pathology, and is an active member of both the Texas Medical Association and the Bexar County Medical Society serving on several committees within the two organizations.
Dr. Humphreys has over 27 years of experience.
Patricia G. Jeffreys, MD, FCAP
Education: A Fellow of the College of American Pathologists
Board Certified: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
Dr. Jeffreys acted as the previous Clinical Instructor in Clinical Microbiology. She is CAP-certified in Breast Prognostic Indicators, is knowledgeable in Pulmonary Pathology, and has a special interest in GI Pathology. Dr. Jeffreys has over 36 years of experience.
Peggy N. Stoll, MD, FCAP
Education: A Fellow of the College of American Pathologists
Board Certified: Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Hematopathology
Specialty: Bone Marrow Pathology, Blood Disorders, and disorders of Lymph Nodes
Dr. Stoll is knowledgeable in Flow Cytometry, Molecular Pathology, Cytogenetics, and
Immunohistochemical stains and has over 35 years of experience.

Xavier Revels, MS, CG(ASCP)CM, Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Reveles brings more than 25 years of experience as a clinical geneticist skilled in the creation and management of CLIA clinical laboratories, coding and CPT reimbursement valuations. Mr. Reveles is board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathology as a clinical specialist in cytogenetics. He was Laboratory Director for OncoPath Laboratory – START Cancer Center in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Reveles is (co)author of 15 publications and three abstracts in peer-reviewed journals. He earned his Master’s Degree in biology/genetics from the University of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.
