Our Client Services department is here to assist our clients with their needs. We are trained in the activities of all the Laboratory’s departments to ensure a good working knowledge of Laboratory processes. We are here to answer questions, assist with special requests, and to take requests for specimen pick-ups or supplies needed.
Additionally, Client Services may assist with client in-servicing and/or the introduction of new items to the Laboratory’s testing menu.
